About Me: I have trained for many years and enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals. I have practiced yoga for over 10 years, enjoying what the practice does for mind and body. I have knowledge of programming workouts, general strength training, weight management, HIIT workouts, bodybuilding and powerlifting which my favorite lift is the deadlift. My favorite past time is flexibility and handbalancing, I spend most of my workout time doing this. I have a healthy obsession with improving these two disciplines. My flexibility was obtained as a adult by learning and using various methods to achieve. I love doing handstands and other hand-balances which has evolved over the years. I look forward to teaching and training others with the same goals.
